- Next, set the maximum area to zero.
Under the Attributes menu select Design Constraints. Under the design
constraints set the maximum area to 0. Click on Apply.

Under the tools menu, select Design Optimization and then click
on apply as shown in the Figure below. You will get a warning message saying
that choosing a test methodology will restrict the optimization of sequential
cells.

When done, the design should appear as shown in Figure 1 on the first
page.
