5. Generating the Test Pattern
From the main menu bar, select
Setup > System Mode.
When the popup menu appears as shown in Figure 3, make sure
ATPG
is selected and click on
OK.

After clicking on OK, you should see the Info Messages window pop up with results similar to those shown in Figure 4.

To create an internal fault list, click on the palette icon
ADD FAULTS.
Select
All
and the stuck at value
both.
Click on
OK.

To run ATPG click on the
RUN
item from the palette icon.
