Set the test cycle. Click on the SET TEST CYCLE palette
icon and put 2 in the dialog box.

Add pin constraints. Click on the ADD PIN CONSTRAINTS
pallette. Select named pin and type in the pin name CLK.
Click on type SRO. Enter 1 for the PERIOD, OFFSET and
the WIDTH.
