4. Generating the Test Patterns
Set the system mode to ATPG to check whether the scan circuitry passes all the checks.
setup > system mode > atpg

Create an internal fault list by clicking on the palette icon
ADD FAULTS.
Select
All
and stuck at value
both.
Click on
OK.

To generate the test vectors, click on the
RUN
from the palette icon.
