Identifying the Scan Circuitry
- Define the scan group by clicking on the ADD SCAN GROUP palette
icon from the right side menu.
Give the group name as grp1 and navigate the pathname as ud_counter_fs.testproc.
Click on OK.

- Define the scan chain by Clicking on the ADD SCAN CHAIN
from the right side palette. Give the Chain name as chain1,
select scan groups as grp1, give the input pin
as scan_in1 and the output pin as OUT(3). Click on
OK.
