From the right side palette, click on the left mouse button on the ADD CLOCK. Fill out the Add clocks dialog box shown in Figure 2. For this example, Select named pin and specify the pin name as CLK, select the signal state as off 0.
Repeat the same procedure for signal name RESET and select the signal state as 0.
