4. Generating the Test Patterns
From the main menu bar select
Setup > System Mode
A dialog box will appear as shown below in Figure 3.

Select ATPG and then click on OK. You should see the info window with the results shown in Figure 4.

Create an internal fault list by clicking on the palette icon
ADD FAULTS.
Select
All
and stuck at value
both.
Click on
OK.

To generate the test vectors, click on the
RUN
from the palette icon.
